硅胶常见知识普及

市面上的硅胶主要分为两大类：有机硅胶、无机硅胶两大类。有机硅胶是根据其硅胶根据性能、用途的不同又可以细分为模压硅胶制品、挤出硅胶制品、液态硅胶制品、特种硅胶制品。而无机硅胶是根据其孔径的大小可分为：粗孔硅胶、B型硅胶、细孔硅胶。

有机硅胶是一种有机硅化合物，是指含有Si-C键、且至少有一个有机基是直接与硅原子相连的化合物，习惯上也常把那些通过氧、硫、氮等使有机基与硅原子相连接的化合物也当作有机硅化合物。其中，以硅氧键（-Si-O-Si-）为骨架组成的聚硅氧烷，是有机硅化合物中为数最多，研究最深、应用最广的一类，约占总用量的90%以上。

无机硅胶是一种高活性吸附材料，属非晶态物质，其化学分子式为mSiO2· nH2O。不溶于水和任何溶剂，无毒无味，化学性质稳定，除强碱、氢氟酸外不与任何物质发生反应。各种型号的硅胶因其制造方法不同而形成不同的微孔结构。硅胶的化学成分和物理结构，决定了它具有许多其他同类材料难以取代的特点:吸附性能高、热稳定性好、化学性质稳定、有较高的机械强度等。
